Far too many people think that real estate prices need to appreciate 20%+ a year, even though that rate of growth is not considered to be normal.
In this episode of PPTV, I’m going to break down the fundamentals of real estate investing in the Greater Toronto Area and why we actually have it really good. Consider this episode as a reminder as to why there are big macro economic factors that make Toronto Real Estate prices go up in the long-term. As usual, the challenge is being able to survive the short-term cyclical changes – some of which we are experiencing right now in 2022.
